Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to consumer orders placed through https://mu-po.de. The contracting party is Gereon Martin Goldbach, trading as “More Than Just Hearing”, Ilse-Krall-Straße 47, 69124 Heidelberg, Germany, email: mupo.shop49@gmail.com.

2. Formation of the contract

The presentation of products in the store is not a legally binding offer. You may place products in the cart and review and correct your information before submitting the order. By selecting the button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the cart.

We acknowledge receipt electronically. This receipt notification does not by itself constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. If payment was collected but we cannot accept the order, the amount will be refunded without undue delay.

3. Contract language and contract text

The language available for concluding the contract is English. Order information and these terms are provided on a durable medium. Information about storing and accessing order data is available through the checkout and customer account where applicable.

4. Prices, taxes and shipping

The total prices displayed when the order is placed apply. Shipping to countries available in checkout is included in the product price. Under the German small-business scheme in section 19 UStG, German VAT is not separately charged or shown. Destination-specific taxes and legally required charges are handled as shown during checkout. Possible import charges are governed by the Shipping Policy.

5. Payment

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address entered during checkout. Posters are manufactured on demand through Gelato. Production time is included in the stated total delivery estimate. Current delivery information is set out in the Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout where available.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Cancellation

Consumers have the cancellation and return rights described in the separate Cancellation and Return Policy. An electronic “Cancel contract” function is available through the store or order area during the applicable cancellation period.

9. Conformity and defects

Statutory conformity and warranty rights apply. For damaged, incorrectly printed or incorrectly delivered goods, contact mupo.shop49@gmail.com or use the contact form. This voluntary contact process does not restrict statutory rights.

10. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove mandatory protections under the law of the country in which they habitually reside.
