Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Right to cancel

Consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. We voluntarily apply the same fourteen-day cancellation period to consumer orders from the United Kingdom and the United States, unless mandatory local law provides more extensive rights.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise your right to cancel, inform us by a clear statement:

You may also use the permanently available “Cancel contract” function in the store or the model cancellation form below. Using the model form is not mandatory. We will acknowledge receipt of an electronic cancellation request without undue delay by email.

It is sufficient to submit the cancellation statement before the cancellation period expires.

2. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your cancellation statement. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any reimbursement fees.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you provide evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Damage, printing defects, incorrect items and lost shipments are handled as complaints and are separate from cancellation. Contact mupo.shop49@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs where possible. Your statutory warranty and conformity rights remain unaffected.

4. Print-on-demand products

Our standard posters are produced after an order is placed but are not personalised. They are not excluded from the cancellation policy merely because they are printed on demand. Individually customised products may be treated differently if they are offered in the future.
